Coffee Mornings /Book Club/ “Name that Plant.”

Every Wednesday during the year there is a get together for coffee and a chat between 11am and noon.

Coffee Mornings
During the Winter months we meet in October until the end of April, in the “George” in Egerton

We have a raffle each week for £2 you get a raffle ticket and a cup of coffee which the George supplies
.
The proceeds go back into the village and at the moment we are collecting for:The Friends of St James’, the Village Hall Extension, the Cricket Pavilion Rebuilding Fund, the Friends of Egerton School,  the Church Flower Guild and we have just also donated to the Egerton Music Festival.

 

From May to the end of September we meet in a different garden around the village each week, have a coffee and a chat and wander around the garden. There is often the possibility to buy some plants. We pay £2 for coffee and a raffle ticket. The proceeds from these mornings goes to the Hostess’ choice.
